R&D Partners is seeking an Operational Trainer – GMP & Aseptic Lead to join a dynamic team in Switzerland. In this role, you will focus on training and development in pharmaceutical manufacturing, particularly in aseptic techniques and cleanroom behavior. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of a skilled team while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver training sessions on aseptic techniques, cleanroom behavior, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • Develop practical training materials and programs that connect theory to real-world production.
  • Create and maintain training documentation, including materials and qualification records.
  • Support new employee onboarding and help develop the skills of the existing team.
  • Assist with audits and inspections related to training and qualifications.
  • Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Contribute to improving workflows and processes in aseptic production.

 

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Background in natural sciences, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical production, ideally in sterile filling environments.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP standards, aseptic techniques, and Annex 1 guidelines.
  • Clear communication skills and a passion for teaching and knowledge sharing.
  • Ability to work independently, structured, and collaboratively across teams.
  • Must have C1 German and strong English language skills.
