eDiscovery and Cyber Security Analyst

R&D Partners is seeking an eDiscovery and Cyber Security Analyst to join a leading pharmaceutical company in Ireland. This role focuses on supporting legal and cybersecurity initiatives, managing e-Discovery processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and litigation requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Promote a culture of safety awareness and actively raise Safety Observation Reports (SORs).
• Administer legal hold software, data collection, and early case assessment following documented Standard Operating Procedures.
• Provide technical support for legal department requests related to email, instant messaging, and data storage solutions for regulatory or litigation matters.
• Assist in developing document collection and preservation processes, including recovery, searches, and delivering final products to the legal department.
• Translate business requirements for document recovery into actionable search terms for electronic discovery systems.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives, such as Falcon Crowdstrike rollouts and awareness campaigns.
• Collaborate with legal teams to manage e-Discovery and legal hold backups, reducing data sets based on retention policies.
• Assist with chain of custody and forensic tasks related to investigations.
• Continuously improve e-Discovery processes, policies, and systems, incorporating new technologies like Office 365 and cloud-based storage solutions.
• Manage relationships with third-party e-Discovery vendors.
• Prepare end-user and technical user documentation.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring efficient and professional interactions.
• Participate in projects as required by the business.
• Perform additional duties as instructed by the Head of Department or approved deputy.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong understanding of e-Discovery processes and tools.
• Experience with cybersecurity initiatives and tools (e.g., Falcon Crowdstrike).
• Familiarity with Office 365 and cloud-based document storage solutions.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in a regulated industry, preferably pharmaceutical, is a plus.
