Associate Director, Biostatistics

R&D Partners is seeking a highly experienced Associate Director, Biostatistics to join a Mid-Sized Biotech entering a pivotal phase in their history. The business hold a very strong pipeline with several high-profile submissions upcoming throughout 2026 and 2027 alongside an early phase portfolio showing extremely high signs of potential.

Responsibilities:

• Partner in a cross functional setting with Clinical Development, Medical, Regulatory and Commercial organizations on the design and execution across the clinical trial portfolio
• Lead the design and implementation of the statistical components of clinical studies produced by internal team members and CRO deliverables
• Manage on-time and quality delivery of CRO-generated analyses results.
• Closely collaborate with Statistical Programming function in the production of deliverables
• Stay current with regulatory requirements for statistical methods of analyses and scientific developments in statistical methods for clinical trials.
• Lead/support the ongoing process improvement/innovation initiatives

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum of 7+ years experience in Biostatistics
• Degree level education within a related field (Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics etc)
• Experience throughout the end-to-end statistical analysis lifecycle

Desirable Skills: 

• Prior Regulatory Submission experience
• Diverse statistical methodology background
• PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics or Mathematics)

Compensation:

• $200 000.00 – $250 000.00 Per Annum
