Are you looking to make an impact with your innovation? We are working with a well-established pharmaceutical company to find their new CSO Technician.

R&D Partners is seeking a dedicated CSO Technician to be based on-site in a clinical trial packaging environment, guaranteeing high-quality standards and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. You will have the opportunity to contribute to critical clinical trial operations while working in a collaborative and safety-conscious environment. Flexible fixed shift patterns are available to suit your schedule.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, clean, and operate equipment for clinical trial packaging processes.
  • Perform primary packaging tasks, such as bottle filling for oral dosage forms.
  • Label and assemble clinical trial supplies using automated equipment.
  • Work independently or as part of a team on equipment or process-related projects.
  • Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and escalate problems when necessary.
  • Use electronic systems like SAP to manage production tasks and documentation.
  • Complete batch records, equipment logs, and other required documentation accurately.
  • Follow GMP guidelines and maintain quality standards in all packaging activities.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and environmental protocols, including COSHH procedures.
  • Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Background in sciences or IT (A-level education or equivalent preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including SAP.
  • Knowledge of GMP and experience in a packaging and labelling environment, ideally within clinical trials.
  • Basic understanding of clinical trial operations.
