Director Pharmacy Channel

R&D Partners is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director to lead and accelerate our clients pharmacy channel strategy in Germany. This role focuses on driving growth, building strong customer relationships, and leading a talented team to deliver exceptional results. You will play a key role in shaping the future of the pharmacy channel while fostering an inclusive and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:  

• Develop and implement a clear strategy for the pharmacy channel in Germany.
• Drive market growth by focusing on key brands and customers.
• Set and achieve financial goals, including revenue, profit, and cash flow targets.
• Build strong partnerships with customers and execute effective market strategies.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources to meet short- and long-term objectives.
• Lead brand activation efforts aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and represent the company in trade associations.
• Build and nurture a high-performing team, setting standards for excellence.
• Conduct regular business performance reviews and contribute to overall sales success.
  
  

Key Skills and Requirements:  

• Proven success in sales leadership, ideally within the pharmacy or consumer health sector.
• Experience in marketing, customer engagement, or e-commerce is a plus.
• Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development and motivation.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
• A resilient, ambitious, and innovative mindset.
