Be the architect of exceptional field experiences—shaping onboarding, training, and operational excellence for the LSI NE Hub.

R&D Partners is seeking a Field Experience Manager for the LSI – NE Hub. You will play a pivotal role in operationalizing and executing the vision of the LSI NE Hub. This position focuses on strengthening customer-facing capabilities, futureproofing processes, and embedding an omnichannel approach. The individual will be responsible for building, organizing, and executing hub-wide new employee onboarding and ongoing training programs while ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities:

New Employee Onboarding & Continued Education:

  • Develop and deliver exceptional onboarding and ongoing training experiences for all employees.
  • Own and manage all operational aspects of new employee onboarding across functions and the Hub, ensuring a positive first experience.
  • Co-create and maintain up-to-date, compliant onboarding materials.
  • Partner with the Hub Strategic Events Coordinator to manage the yearly onboarding calendar and support key engagements (e.g., January Hub Kick-off, Summer Meeting Series, Hub Leadership Summit).
  • Collaborate with HR, LSI Sales Trainers, and Brand Teams to execute new learner training across all therapy areas.

Operational Excellence:

  • Build an operational model to optimize support for Nordic affiliates.
  • Provide support to new learners throughout the onboarding process and across training levels.
  • Manage field-facing learning plans within SuccessFactors, ensuring assignments are current.
  • Lead and support additional LSI NE Hub learning initiatives.
  • Develop measurement plans to drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the transition from UMU to SuccessFactors across all therapy areas and training platforms.
  • Assist LMI Sales Trainers and Brand Leads with technical project management for new training module development.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders, including:
  • Brand teams, DOS, DSM coaching capabilities, and LSI peers.
  • Medical, regulatory, and legal teams to ensure compliance with content and adherence to CIQ standards via the FCAP process.
  • External partners, vendors, and LCCI in India for content creation and workshop design.
