Marketing Manager – Immunology

R&D Partners is seeking a Marketing Manager to focus on improving care for patients with immune-mediated diseases by driving brand performance and implementing innovative marketing strategies. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop impactful campaigns that enhance customer experiences and support guideline-driven medical practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and improve patient care.
• Use digital and omnichannel marketing tools to create effective campaigns.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with teams to create clear strategies for specific products and target audiences.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities comply with ethical and regulatory guidelines.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field (minimum BSc or equivalent).
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence others without direct authority.
• Knowledge of ethical marketing practices and regulations.
• Proficiency in English and fluency in Swedish.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Experience in immunology is a plus.
