R&D Partners is seeking a QA Specialist to join the QA Operations department of a leading pharmaceutical company. This role focuses on providing quality support for operational activities in a multiproduct facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality Assurance and GMP compliance, with experience in clinical and commercial manufacturing environments.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review quality documentation related to projects, including project notes and quality plans.
  • Follow up on and review general project documentation such as risk assessments, validation plans, procedures, and batch records.
  • Provide quality support and share expertise regarding clinical and commercial manufacturing.
  • Prepare and review project documentation (e.g., procedures, risk assessments) with a focus on Deviation Prevention (DPP) and Human Error Prevention (HEP).
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, global standards, regulations, and product registration filings.
  • Provide on-the-floor GMP support, including performing GEMBAs.
  • Support cross-departmental collaborations.
  • Escalate QA events or issues to supervisors/managers when necessary.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge and interpretation of cGMP in a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with clinical manufacturing and regulations is an advantage.
  • Experience with Quality Processes and Quality Assurance.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
