Drive seamless supply chain success as a Supply Network Planner powering global operations.

R&D Partners is seeking a Supply Network Planner to join a dynamic team our client’s team in the US. This role focuses on supply chain planning, performance management, and process enhancement, requiring a proactive and collaborative approach to ensure seamless operations.

Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

Production MPS Planning:

  • Develop and deliver feasible MPS plans using OMP and SAP.
  • Align production plans with customer requirements, stock policies, and Asset-Brand leads plans.
  • Manage Distribution Replenishment Planning and collaborate with Global Distribution & Logistics.
  • Conduct capacity reconciliation assessments and scenario planning for short- to mid-term events.
  • Address supply risks and coordinate with production and schedulers for restamps, reworks, and validations.

Supply Performance Management:

  • Monitor and analyze weekly supply performance KPIs.
  • Lead root cause analysis and performance management discussions.
  • Participate in capacity planning and extension projects.

Escalation Resolution:

  • Resolve escalated supply issues and update stakeholders on impacts and resolutions.

Process & Systems Enhancement:

  • Drive process and system improvements in collaboration with the Supply Chain Center of Excellence.
  • Support innovation and digitalization initiatives.

Partnering:

  • Build and maintain relationships with supply chain representatives of production sites.
  • Ensure accurate and timely master data and artwork readiness for new product launches and lifecycle management.

 

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in planning.
  • Experience working with global teams is a plus.
  • Proficiency with SAP or similar planning tools is a plus.
  • APICS certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to view challenges with depth and breadth.
  • Team player mentality with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation:

  • $148 000.00 – $194 0000 Per Annum
