The situation 

A US-based surgical robotics company specialising in gyroscopic radiosurgery was preparing to launch the next version of its high-precision treatment platform. With ongoing client commitments stretching their internal resources, they needed to expand their software engineering team, fast.

  • A senior technical lead with radiotherapy robotics experience 
  • A UI & API-focused engineer 
  • A senior treatment planning systems (TPS) generalist
