Qualification and Validation Engineers

R&D Partners is seeking a Qualification and Validation Engineer to join a pharmaceutical project in Geel, Belgium. In this role, you will focus on ensuring that small-scale equipment and related software meet regulatory and quality standards. This is a hands-on position requiring a proactive approach to validation processes and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Responsibilities:

Develop and carry out activities such as user requirements, system impact assessments, and qualification protocols (e.g., DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ).
Perform validation studies for critical systems to ensure they meet GMP and regulatory requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve validation issues effectively.
Ensure all systems remain compliant with GMP standards throughout their lifecycle.
Support projects by adhering to required regulatory and quality standards.
Stay updated on emerging validation regulations and practices.
Prepare and manage validation documentation, ensuring proper approval and implementation.
Assess changes to determine their impact on qualified systems and update validation documentation as needed.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Knowledge of GMP requirements in a regulated environment.
Understanding of quality and compliance regulations.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve validation challenges.
Familiarity with quality management systems.
Experience working with small-scale equipment and related software in a healthcare manufacturing setting.
