RP (Responsible Person) – Bulgaria

R&D Partners is seeking a Responsible Person to join a pharmaceutical organization. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring compliance with Good Distribution Practice regulations and establishing a local Quality Management System. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with occasional travel required.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

Act as the designated Responsible Person for the organization in Greece.
Help set up and implement a Quality Management System (QMS) locally.
Ensure the organization is prepared for inspections and support the inspection process with Greek authorities.
Oversee and qualify third-party logistics providers in Greece.
Maintain compliance with EU and local GDP regulations for commercial products.
Manage the Wholesaler Distribution Authorization (WDA) and ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory requirements.
Participate in quality assurance meetings and provide expertise on GDP-related matters.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Qualified to act as a Responsible Person or Deputy RP within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of local GDP regulations in Greece and EU GDP guidelines.
A degree in pharmacy, chemistry, or a related field.
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is an advantage but not essential.
