R&D Partners is seeking a Local Pharmacovigilance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of pharmaceutical products by managing and maintaining local pharmacovigilance systems. You will work closely with global and local teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations and provide essential support in monitoring and reporting drug safety information. Fluency in Dutch and conversational proficiency in French are required for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Set up and manage local systems to monitor drug safety.
• Conduct local literature reviews to identify safety information.
• Handle and report individual safety cases (ICSR).
• Screen for pharmacovigilance intelligence and updates.
• Maintain local pharmacovigilance documentation and records.
• Manage local agreements related to pharmacovigilance activities.
• Adapt and submit safety reports and risk management plans.
• Detect and assess potential safety signals.
• Implement measures to minimize risks associated with medications.
• Review materials related to post-authorization safety.
• Participate in audits and inspections related to pharmacovigilance.
• Provide regular updates on the status of local safety systems.
• Train employees, service providers, and third parties on safety procedures.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to align safety practices.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for local tasks.
• Act as a deputy when needed and share relevant updates with your backup.

Key Skills and Requirements:
• Fluent in Dutch and conversational in French.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage safety systems and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Experience in handling safety reports and risk management plans.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
