VP Head of Medical Affairs

R&D Partners is seeking a VP Head of Medical Affairs to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in identifying and leveraging current and future business opportunities. This role supports the clinical and commercial development of the product portfolio both pre- and post-marketing. The successful candidate will work closely with clinical and regulatory departments to ensure the successful planning, execution, and management of Phase IV and investigator-led clinical trials, while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Support clinical and commercial development efforts for the product portfolio pre- and post-marketing.
• Partner with clinical and regulatory departments to plan, execute, and manage Phase IV and investigator-led clinical trials.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proven experience in Medical Affairs leadership roles within the biotechnology industry.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial planning, execution, and management.
• Knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance in clinical and commercial settings.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
