Project Manager – Packaging Material Management

R&D Partners is seeking a Project Manager to support a global biopharmaceutical project with packaging material management. In this role, you will manage and review artwork processes, coordinate with teams, and ensure timely implementation of changes. You will also identify areas for improvement and provide technical advice to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and review artwork processes with internal teams and external partners.
• Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure timely updates to artwork.
• Optimize resource management and improve workflows.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external collaborators on complex projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve the artwork process and implement solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to the team and support quality management efforts.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of packaging material management and artwork processes.
• Strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in SAP and standard MS Office tools.
• Fluent in English.
