Drive the statistics behind smarter, faster, and more reliable pharmaceutical development.

R&D Partners is seeking a skilled CMC Statistician to join our team in EU. This role focuses on statistical analysis and programming for pharmaceutical development and quality control. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in statistical methodologies and programming, with a focus on Design of Experiments (DoE) and bioassays.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle internal statistical requests based on UCB priorities.
  • Perform Design of Experiments (DoE).
  • Conduct statistical analyses for development and quality control bioassays following USP guidelines.
  • Perform statistical programming, primarily in R, with some SAS for transition purposes.
  • Write detailed reports in English.
  • Collaborate with internal clients and cross-functional teams.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Must Have:

  • Strong statistical skills, including mixed models.
  • Proficiency in R programming (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of Design of Experiments (DoE).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Master’s degree in Statistics (minimum).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical CMC.
  • Knowledge of bioassays and USP 1032, 1033, 1034.
  • Familiarity with stability studies (ICH).
  • PhD in Statistics (preferred but not required).
  • French language skills (helpful for integration).
  • SAS knowledge for transition purposes.
