Keep the heartbeat of innovation running! Join our client in this Cleaning Validation Engineer and ensure cutting-edge pharma operations never miss a beat!

R&D Partners is seeking a Cleaning Validation Engineer to join our team in Geel, Belgium. In this role, you will focus on ensuring cleaning processes meet regulatory and operational standards. You will work with various biopharmaceutical systems, such as bioreactors, centrifuges, and filtration equipment, and perform hands-on tasks like swabbing. This position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and attention to detail in documentation and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage cleaning validation protocols and reports.
  • Plan and schedule cleaning validation activities within production timelines.
  • Support and coordinate physical testing processes.
  • Provide expertise and assist in resolving issues with manufacturing and quality assurance teams.
  • Communicate effectively across different departments.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical plant qualification, especially in biotechnology processes.
  • Ability to write and communicate fluently in English and Dutch.
  • Knowledge of cleaning validation methods, including CIP (Clean-in-Place) and COP (Clean-out-of-Place).
  • Understanding of EU and US regulatory requirements for biotech operations, such as GMP standards, Eudralex, ICH, 21 CFR, ISO 14644, and EU Annex 1.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and applications like Windows, MS Word, and Excel.
