Head of Business Development

R&D Partners is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Business Development to lead and grow business opportunities on a global scale. In this role, you will focus on building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams and represent the company at industry events to expand its global presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the business in line with company goals.
• Identify and connect with potential clients and partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create client-focused solutions.
• Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
• Provide regular updates on business development activities to senior management.
• Travel internationally to meet clients and attend industry events.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Background in life sciences; advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotech drug development processes.
• Strong track record in acquiring clients and representing service providers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., German) are a bonus.
• Willingness to travel internationally regularly.
