PROJ MGT – Program Manager; Business Capability – Lead

R&D Partners is seeking a skilled Program Manager – Business Capability – Lead to join our team in a hybrid role based in Lawrenceville, NJ. This position focuses on strategic program management for high-visibility drug development assets, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and performance.

Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic program management efforts for drug development projects, partnering with Global Program Leads and Teams.
• Oversee Integrated Development Plan (IDP) delivery, including cross-functional timelines, scenario planning, and resource allocation across multiple indications.
• Drive proactive risk management by identifying high-impact risks and shaping mitigation strategies.
• Provide clear program insights to influence senior governance, supporting portfolio planning, budgeting, and long-term strategy.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in drug development program management.
• Strong matrix leadership skills and expertise in regulatory submission processes.
• Proficiency in core project management tools; experience with Planisware is a plus.
