Principal, Evidence Generation Data Manager (RBQM)

R&D Partners is seeking a Principal Evidence Generation Data Management Consultant to oversee and implement risk-based quality management (RBQM) strategies for non-interventional studies. This role focuses on enhancing study oversight, data quality, and risk mitigation through centralized monitoring processes and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance on developing and implementing RBQM strategies tailored to assess and mitigate risks in non-interventional studies.
• Offer expertise in creating and managing systems for tracking key risk indicators (KRIs), including dashboards and statistical monitoring tools.
• Assist in designing, testing, and rolling out centralized monitoring processes to improve study data quality and oversight.
• Analyze data to identify potential risks, anomalies, or deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and adherence to best practices and industry standards.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Background in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biostatistics, Data Science, Public Health, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of risk-based quality management principles and methodologies.
• Experience with centralized monitoring systems, risk assessment, and mitigation techniques.
• Proficiency in identifying and addressing data quality issues using statistical analysis and trend monitoring.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication within diverse, international teams.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus but not required.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
