Document Coordinator

R&D Partners is seeking a Document Coordinator to join a growing team in Waalwijk, Netherlands. This role focuses on reviewing and managing documentation to ensure product release processes are efficient and compliant with industry standards. You will collaborate with quality control inspectors and global manufacturing teams to address questions and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify documentation related to product sterilization and quality control.
• Communicate with quality control inspectors to confirm calibration and compliance.
• Coordinate with global manufacturing teams and external sterilization companies to resolve queries.
• Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and industry standards.
• Support the timely release of products by reducing documentation cycle times.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in handling and reviewing technical documentation.
• Familiarity with regulated industries such as pharma, food, automotive, or aerospace.
• Knowledge of ISO standards is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work onsite in Waalwijk and commute as needed.
