Tech Transfer Engineer

R&D Partners is seeking a Tech Transfer Engineer to lead tech transfer and cleaning validation efforts for ADC and biologics within a high-impact NPI group at a biotechnology company. This role offers the opportunity to drive cross-functional alignment, shape cleaning validation strategies, and contribute to audit and inspection readiness in a growing CDMO environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead tech transfer and cleaning validation activities for ADC and biologics.
• Own validation studies, deviation investigations, CAPA, and audit/inspection readiness.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure compliant and efficient tech transfer processes.
• Develop and improve cleaning validation strategies, policies, and procedures across the site.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of GMP cleaning validation experience.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Expertise in driving cross-functional alignment and delivering compliant tech transfer processes.
