Interventional Glaucoma Practice Business Manager

R&D Partners is seeking an experienced Interventional Glaucoma Practice Business Manager to join a leading medical technology and devices organization. This role focuses on managing and growing interventional glaucoma practices in Brazil, with one position based in the Southwest Region and another in the North-Northwest Region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, preferably within ophthalmology or medical technology, and must be fluent in both Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with glaucoma practices to drive business growth.
• Provide strategic account management and operational support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with surgical teams and healthcare professionals to optimize product adoption and usage.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expansion within the assigned regions.
• Deliver training and education to clients on product applications and best practices.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proven experience in account management, ideally within ophthalmology or medical technology.
• Familiarity with surgical environments and procedures is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across different regions.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territories.
