Help bring science to life and join a leading pharmaceutical company to play a key role in delivering impactful education that drives healthcare innovation!

R&D Partners is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Educator to provide education and support to healthcare professionals and patients in the effective use of continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems. You will play a key role in empowering individuals to manage diabetes confidently while building strong relationships with healthcare teams.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging training sessions to healthcare professionals and patients, both in-person and virtually.
  • Ensure training materials are up-to-date and aligned with NHS guidelines.
  • Teach patients and caregivers how to use CGM systems, offering tailored support to build confidence in self-care.
  • Provide empathetic, patient-centered guidance to improve diabetes management and overall well-being.
  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting for CGM systems to healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare teams, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Maintain accurate training records and provide feedback to improve processes.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Background as a Registered Nurse (current or previous).
  • Experience in diabetes care, ideally as a Diabetes Specialist Nurse or similar role.
  • Skilled in delivering training to diverse audiences, simplifying complex concepts.
  • Strong understanding of diabetes management, including medication, monitoring, and lifestyle interventions.
  • Familiarity with NHS structures and processes in primary and secondary care.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident using technology, digital training platforms, and remote learning tools.
  • Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays, with a full UK driving license.
