Keep pharmaceutical production running smoothly by driving safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse operations.

R&D Partners is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our client’s team and support supply chain operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role focuses on maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with various teams to manage warehouse activities, improve processes, and meet production goals.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow safety and quality guidelines and report any issues to the manager.
  • Assist in introducing new products, equipment, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to prioritize tasks and meet production schedules.
  • Complete required training and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Solve problems to maintain smooth supply chain operations.
  • Work with technicians, engineers, and quality teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace following “clean as you go” principles.
  • Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and quality standards.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts, including lean and 5S activities.
  • Represent the company professionally during client or regulatory interactions.
  • Provide supply chain support to other departments as needed.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience in similar role within a pharmaceutical or biotech company
  • Strong understanding of safety and quality practices.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete documentation accurately.
  • Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  • Willingness to participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and cGDP (current Good Documentation Practices)
