Validation Engineer

Join a top-tier pharma leader as a Validation Engineer driving excellence in cGMP compliance and system reliability.

R&D Partners is seeking a Validation Engineer to join a leading pharmaceutical company in Belgium. This role focuses on the development, implementation, and execution of validation activities, including URS, SIA, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, RV, and TM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in validation processes within a cGMP environment and will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and execute validation studies for cGMP-critical process systems.
• Perform validation activities such as autoclave validation, clean steam generator system validation, and parts washer validation.
• Ensure validated status of process systems complies with cGMP, user, and regulatory requirements at all times.
• Generate and manage validation documentation (protocols, reports) using Kneat paperless validation tools.
• Provide technical assistance on current US FDA and EU validation requirements.
• Troubleshoot validation issues and provide input on changes impacting validated status.
• Stay updated on emerging validation regulations and practices.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Experience: 2-4 years in the pharmaceutical sector and GMP environment.

Technical Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of cGMP requirements in a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with quality and compliance regulations.
• Practical experience in autoclave validation.
• Experience with clean steam generator systems and parts washers is an advantage.

Skills:

• Capable of troubleshooting validation issues.
• Proficient in generating and managing validation documentation.
• Languages: Good knowledge of English and Dutch.
