R&D Partners is seeking a QC Digital Engineer to join a leading pharmaceutical company in Belgium. This role focuses on implementing, maintaining, and supporting digital solutions within the Quality Control (QC) domain. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality control, regulatory compliance, and digital tools, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Implementation & Deployment:

  • Execute local implementations of QC digital solutions (core and local models) based on defined plans and validation protocols.
  • Prepare and maintain local documentation for proper use and maintenance of QC digital tools.

Training & Support:

  • Provide training and support to end users on QC digital tools in collaboration with global teams.

Data Management:

  • Maintain and update master data and user access for QC digital tools.
  • Act as Data Steward for QC digital tools within the QC area.

Incident Management:

  • Notify the manager promptly about events related to digital systems for investigations and impact assessments.
  • Participate actively in investigations and escalate issues requiring further action.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Execute assigned CAPAs related to remediation, mitigation, and continuous improvement plans.
  • Develop plans to address inspection readiness gaps, findings, and deviations.

Representation:

  • Represent the site in Business Operating Communities (BOC) for QC digital core models led by global teams.
  • Ensure effective communication between local and global teams.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Experience:

  • Proven experience in quality control within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements for digital solutions (e.g., computerized system validation, data integrity).
  • Familiarity with QC digital tools and master data management.

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to analyze complex data and laboratory results for decision-making and identifying improvement areas.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in testing, reporting, and compliance.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and implement effective solutions for QC challenges.

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
