Facility Program Manager

R&D Partners is seeking a Facility Program Manager to lead the execution of a digital strategy for a new, fully connected and digitalized factory. This role involves overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of digital systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of this transformative project.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage governance processes to track progress and address challenges.
• Plan, develop, and implement digital systems for efficient factory operations.
• Collaborate with management, project teams, suppliers, and partners to align digital objectives with business goals.
• Oversee the adoption of technologies to support production and management processes.
• Ensure compliance with digital standards, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, and validation.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, covering all tasks from hardware setup to operational readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and industry standards.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure systems like SCADA, DeltaV, and MES follow digital guidelines.
• Monitor project costs and manage risks, implementing contingency plans as needed.
• Provide technical expertise and leadership to address complex challenges.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders on progress and potential issues.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong experience in managing complex digital projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical or industrial sector.
• Proven ability to execute long-term digital strategies.
• Excellent project management skills, including leading diverse teams in international or remote settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of digital systems and industry best practices.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Flemish or French is a plus.
