Are you ready to shape the future of healthcare by assisting with bold, data-driven clinical research in a company where science meets purpose?

R&D Partners is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our client and play a key part in monitoring clinical trial sites, ensuring compliance with protocols, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will work closely with internal teams and external sites to support the successful execution of clinical trials.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit clinical trial sites to ensure they meet study requirements and follow regulations.
  • Help sites recruit participants and provide training on study protocols.
  • Review and verify data collected during the trial for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of study medications and materials.
  • Support sites with ethics committee submissions and approvals.
  • Address site-specific issues, such as protocol deviations or safety concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports after site visits.
  • Assist with audit preparation and ensure sites are ready for inspections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth trial operations.
  • Provide mentorship and training to less experienced team members.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Background in life sciences, nursing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with clinical trial processes and regulations (e.g., GCP, ICH guidelines).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to support site visits.
  • Proficiency in clinical trial software and tools.
