R&D Partners is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our client as a Customer Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth opportunities. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs while aligning with business objectives. This is a field-based role requiring flexibility and adaptability to support evolving market demands.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities to grow and retain business within assigned accounts.
  • Promote the use of digital tools and resources to enhance customer engagement.
  • Work closely with internal teams and third-party partners to meet customer needs and contractual obligations.
  • Support senior-level customer interactions and provide insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, provide coverage during absences, and contribute to team success.
  • Actively participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve customer outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate records.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinking to evaluate customer needs and propose effective solutions.
  • A customer-first mindset, with a focus on delivering value and fostering trust.
  • Commercial awareness to align decisions with business goals and financial considerations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and leverage diverse expertise.
  • Proficiency in planning, tracking results, and using sales tools to manage accounts effectively.
  • Willingness to travel locally and nationally as required.
  • A valid UK driving license.
