R&D Partners is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join a dynamic team in the biopharmaceutical industry. This role focuses on managing projects related to drug substance or drug product development. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs and define clear project goals.
• Work with team leaders to determine resource requirements.
• Create detailed project plans and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Lead regular project meetings to monitor progress and address challenges.
• Develop and maintain effective communication between all stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks, develop solutions, and implement strategies to minimize impact.
• Estimate costs, manage budgets, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Engage with stakeholders to align expectations and foster collaboration.
• Prepare and manage project documentation in compliance with site procedures, including training on GMP systems.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Background in science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing projects in the biopharma industry.
• Familiarity with drug substance or drug product processes.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMI or equivalent).
• Knowledge of regulatory standards such as cGMPs and GLP.
