R&D Partners is seeking a motivated and experienced Digitalization, Automation & Analytics (DAA) Specialist to oversee and implement cutting-edge automation and digital solutions in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on driving operational efficiency, integrating advanced technologies, and ensuring compliance with global standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead automation strategies, implement digital tools, and manage data analytics for process optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement standardized automation systems across the facility.
  • Ensure seamless integration of equipment into centralized platforms like SCADA/DCS.
  • Lead digital transformation projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify and implement new technologies to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Oversee Industry 4.0 initiatives, including evaluating and deploying advanced technologies.
  • Manage vendor selection, onboarding, and performance during project phases.
  • Draft and review technical requirements for new equipment to ensure compatibility with automation standards.
  • Establish systems for real-time data monitoring and analytics, including dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Supervise installation, commissioning, and qualification of automation systems.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., USFDA, EU GMP, ISO) and maintain thorough documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement and foster innovation within the team.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of automation platforms (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider) and industrial communication protocols.
  • Experience in implementing SCADA, DCS, PLC, and robotics systems.
  • Experience of industry 4.0
  • Knowledge of drafting technical specifications and managing product lifecycles.
  • Passion for innovation, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
  • Educational background in Instrumentation, Automation, Electronics, or related engineering fields.
