Lead cutting-edge real-world evidence studies that shape clinical strategy and drive impactful regulatory outcomes.

R&D Partners is seeking an experienced RWE Clinical Study Manager to lead and oversee real-world evidence (RWE) studies in support of clinical development and regulatory submissions. This role combines scientific expertise with project management responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful research in the biotech industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of RWE studies to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement operational plans for RWE studies.
  • Manage project finances, including budget tracking and scope change control.
  • Collaborate with external partners such as CROs and vendors to ensure study success.
  • Support regulatory submissions by delivering high-quality RWE data.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • MBA, MS, or equivalent degree with at least 7 years of professional experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years in clinical research or RWE within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries.
  • At least 7 years of experience in observational research studies (e.g., chart reviews, EHR, claims, registries).
  • Proven track record of 10+ years in project management, including managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with regulatory submissions and agencies such as FDA or EMA is highly desirable.
  • Background in immunology, hematology, or rare diseases is advantageous.
