R&D Partners is seeking a highly organized and proactive Contract Implementation Manager to oversee the delivery of complex healthcare contracts. In this role, you will act as the bridge between R&D Partners and healthcare providers, ensuring smooth implementation of large-scale service agreements. You’ll focus on managing timelines, coordinating teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences during critical transformation periods.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the implementation of healthcare service contracts, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate across multiple departments, systems, and external partners to keep all aspects of the program aligned.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining clear and structured communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Simplify technical details and provide updates to various audiences, including laboratory staff, executives, and clinical leads.
  • Analyze data trends to identify risks and implement solutions to optimize service delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare partners, ensuring their needs are consistently addressed and represented.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain strict schedules.
  • Experience in healthcare delivery, diagnostics, or managing service contracts is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data using tools like Excel to draw insights and make recommendations.
  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business, Engineering) is preferred, along with project management certifications such as PRINCE2.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the designated region to maintain an on-site presence.
