Senior Analytical Monitor

Hobson Prior is seeking a skilled individual to join a dynamic team within the clinical research field. In this role, you will use data analytics and monitoring techniques to support clinical trials, ensuring data quality, participant safety, and compliance. This hybrid position requires collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to drive improvements in site performance and trial outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Use data tools to monitor clinical trial sites and identify potential risks or issues.
• Collaborate with site managers and other team members to address trends and signals in trial data.
• Provide insights to help prioritize site activities and improve engagement.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Support innovation and process improvement projects, including testing new tools and identifying areas for enhancement.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth trial operations.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced degree in health sciences, data sciences, or another similar field.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, site operations.
• Experience in data analysis, risk management, and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and statistical concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse, cross-functional, and global teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of risk-based monitoring (RBM), quality by design (QbD), and related concepts is a plus.
