Medical Science Liaison

Join a growing specialty pharma company delivering medicines for rare diseases, critical care, and emergency medicine.

R&D Partners is seeking a Medical Science Liaison to focus on delivering innovative medicines for rare diseases, critical care, and emergency medicine. In this role, you will act as a bridge between the company and healthcare professionals, providing scientific expertise and supporting patient outcomes across the Benelux region.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals across the Benelux region.
• Deliver scientific exchange, product education, and medical training.
• Gather field medical insights and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
• Support medical congresses, advisory boards, and educational activities.
• Assist clinical research initiatives, including trial site identification and investigator support.
• Collaborate with Medical, Commercial, Market Access, and R&D teams to improve patient outcomes.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Life Sciences (Master’s or above).
• Proven years of pharmaceutical/life sciences experience, ideally as an MSL.
• Strong scientific and clinical acumen.
• Established network within the Benelux healthcare landscape preferred.
• Fluency in English; French and Dutch highly desirable.
• Field-based role covering Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
