Are you ready to lead cutting-edge scientific development that accelerate breakthroughs in the biotech world?

R&D Partners is seeking a motivated and skilled Scientist to join our team in the field of immuno-oncology. In this role, you will focus on designing and testing innovative therapies, conducting laboratory experiments, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge treatments. You will play a key role in advancing early discovery research and supporting preclinical studies.

Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop advanced antibody-based therapies.
  • Conduct laboratory experiments to test and validate potential treatments.
  • Develop and run tests to measure immune cell activity and effectiveness of therapies.
  • Use specialized tools to study immune cell behavior and responses.
  • Work with engineered cell systems and primary immune cells to support research.
  • Generate high-quality data to guide decision-making from early research to clinical studies.
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze and interpret complex data.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience with immune cell-based therapies, such as T-cell engagers or bispecific antibodies.
  • Proficiency in laboratory techniques like flow cytometry, cell culture, and immune cell assays.
  • Hands-on experience with genetic engineering tools (e.g., CRISPR) and cell line development.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and communicate findings effectively.
  • A background in immunology, cell biology, or a related field.

Compensation:

  • $125,000 to $145,000 per annum.
