Are you dedicated, skilled and looking to put your expertise to work fully flexibly in a remote position? This could be your next perfect role!

R&D Partners is seeking a Senior Statistician HTA to lead statistical analyses for projects in health economics, outcomes research, and market access. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to design, execute, and present statistical analyses that support healthcare decision-making. This position is ideal for someone with expertise in analyzing clinical trial data, conducting indirect treatment comparisons, and communicating complex findings effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead statistical analysis for healthcare-related projects.
  • Perform advanced comparisons of treatment options using methods like Matching-Adjusted Indirect Comparisons (MAIC), Simulated Treatment Comparisons (STC), and Network Meta-Analyses (NMA).
  • Analyze clinical trial data, including post hoc and utility analyses.
  • Write and maintain statistical programming code using tools like R or SAS.
  • Clearly explain statistical methods and results to clients and team members.
  • Contribute to study designs, analysis plans, and technical reports.
  • Support client proposals and engage with stakeholders requiring statistical expertise.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Epidemiology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in statistical programming tools such as R or SAS.
  • Experience with treatment comparisons (e.g., MAIC, STC, NMA) and clinical trial data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-experts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with patient-reported outcomes and real-world evidence analyses.
  • Experience working in a consultancy setting with pharmaceutical or healthcare clients.
