R&D Partners is seeking a Clinical Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI to support clinical trial data analytics for a leading biotechnology company. This role focuses on organizing, integrating, and analyzing clinical trial data to ensure accurate interpretation and quality outputs. The position requires strong technical skills, hands-on experience with Power BI, and the ability to work across clinical data management and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain clinical trial data pipelines to ensure proper data flow and integrity throughout trial setup, execution, and closeout.
  • Work with clinical data at the field level, mapping protocol requirements to CRF structure and downstream datasets.
  • Utilize statistical methods and data analysis tools to interpret datasets and assess trends.
  • Develop and execute data review plans based on protocol and study requirements, including interim dataset evaluations.
  • Build Power BI dashboards to support interim study monitoring, safety review, and operational insights.
  • Develop DAX logic and data models for analysis and reporting.
  • Create data review outputs such as dashboards, listings, and summaries aligned with study plans.
  • Support central review activities, including medical review, safety monitoring, and data review.
  • Identify key clinical data pathways related to endpoints, safety signals, and protocol deviations, ensuring proper governance.
  • Maintain and monitor clinical datasets throughout the study lifecycle.
  • Generate structured outputs, including summaries, listings, and TFLs for study reporting.
  • Perform ongoing quality control checks of clinical data to ensure compliance with trial plans.
  • Ensure study compliance with GCP guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in data management, data analytics, or clinical data roles within biotech, pharmaceutical, or clinical research organizations.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development.
  • Experience working with MS365 ecosystem, including Dataverse or similar data sources.
  • Proficiency in transforming and integrating raw or semi-structured data into usable analytics.
  • Working knowledge of clinical trial data flow (protocol → CRF → datasets → reporting).
  • Understanding of statistical methods and clinical data trend interpretation.
  • Experience with R for data analysis and structured output generation.

Certifications:

  • Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300) preferred.
  • Clinical data or GCP-related certifications are a plus.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to translate protocol requirements into data analytics without heavy guidance.
  • Strong attention to data quality and detail.
  • Comfortable collaborating across clinical data management and technical teams.
  • Ability to quickly transform raw data into actionable outputs.

Compensation:

  • €50 000.00 – €60 000.00 Per Annum
