R&D Partners is seeking a skilled and proactive RWE Project Manager to oversee Real-World Evidence (RWE) projects within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. This role involves managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging innovative tools like AI to enhance project workflows. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring they stay on track with timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with scientists, business leaders, and external vendors to achieve project goals.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, contracts, and invoicing processes.
• Monitor risks, budgets, and timelines, and take proactive steps to address challenges.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal processes and regulations.
• Utilize project management tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Explore and implement AI and automation tools to optimize project management tasks.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong project management skills, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical research settings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Familiarity with clinical research, HEOR, or RWE study types is advantageous but not required.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, contracting, and budget management.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and financial systems (e.g., SAP).
• Understanding of AI and automation tools for project management is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
