Service Demand Planning Associate

R&D Partners is seeking a Service Demand Planning Associate to join a leading pharmaceutical company in UK. This contract role focuses on optimizing service demand planning and resource-capacity management within a dynamic supply chain environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage service demand planning and workforce-service scheduling.
• Balance supply and demand to ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate inventory and logistics to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize resource allocation.
• Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Operate within ERP-CRM systems, including SAP CRM and ERP environments.
• Support customer service operations and field service planning.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proven experience in service demand planning or a related field.
• Strong understanding of resource-capacity planning and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in ERP-CRM systems, particularly SAP CRM and ERP.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Background in inventory and logistics coordination is a plus.
