Senior Finance Manager

R&D Partners is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join a dynamic team within the Commercial Operations function. This role focuses on alliance and collaborations accounting, supporting financial reporting activities, and driving the quality of information in regional and consolidated financial statements. The position offers an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional to expand their technical expertise while gaining experience in complex accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to support accounting, control, and reporting activities.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of financial information reported in management packages and SEC filings.
• Establish strong relationships with various business units to streamline reporting processes.
• Provide technical accounting guidance and support disclosures in related sections of SEC filings.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and operational processes.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounting and financial reporting, ideally within the biopharmaceutical or related industries.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including SEC reporting requirements.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse teams and management levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
