Help bring science to life and join a leading pharmaceutical company to play a key role in delivering impactful research that drives healthcare innovation!

R&D Partners is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to join our client onsite in Ulm on a freelance basis. This role is 20 hours per week, flexible Monday through Friday, for 6 months.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities

  • EDC data entry and management/resolution of queries
  • Processing and shipment of laboratory samples
  • Submission of laboratory reports and imaging files to external service providers
  • Communication with external vendors and service providers
  • Maintenance of Investigator Site Files (ISF)
  • Review of patient records to assess study eligibility
  • Scheduling and coordination of patient appointments
  • Management of patient travel reimbursement using Greenphire

Required Experience

  • Experience working within a clinical trial team as a Study Nurse or Study Coordinator
  • Experience with oncology clinical studies
  • Experience in processing and shipping laboratory samples to international laboratories
  • Experience uploading CT and MRI scans to external service providers

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge of oncology clinical trial terminology
  • Experience working with the Medidata Rave eCRF system
  • Experience using laboratory reporting applications (Labcorp)
  • Experience with Clinical Imaging Applications (Perceptive)
  • Experience using Greenphire for patient travel reimbursement management

General Competencies

  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional and patient-friendly manner
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Certifications

  • ICH-GCP training completed within the last 12 months
  • Valid IATA certification with at least 6 months remaining before expiration

Language Skills

  • Native German speaker
  • Fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal
