Help bring science to life and join a leading pharmaceutical company to play a key role in statistical programming that drives healthcare innovation!

R&D Partners is seeking a Statistical Programming Lead to oversee and manage statistical programming activities for clinical studies and development programs. This role involves ensuring high-quality deliverables, collaborating with external teams, and supporting regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead programming tasks across multiple clinical studies.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of programming outputs.
  • Oversee and coordinate work with external programming teams and vendors.
  • Support global regulatory submissions and address questions from health authorities.
  • Review and ensure the quality of datasets, tables, listings, figures, and related documentation.
  • Promote consistency in programming processes, standards, and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Proficiency in statistical programming, particularly using SAS, within clinical trials or related fields.
  • Familiarity with CDISC standards, including SDTM and ADaM.
  • Experience creating tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) for clinical studies.
  • Knowledge of regulatory submission processes and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
  • Strong understanding of clinical data management and the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with R programming and NDA/sNDA submissions is a plus.

Salary:

  • €85,000 to €90,000 per annum.
