R&D Partners is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior CTA to support a critical study program and lead the transition of the Trial Master File from an unvalidated system to a validated platform while assisting with study close-out activities. This is a hands-on position requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. Portuguese language skills are desirable but not essential.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the migration of the Trial Master File to a validated system.
• Review and organize existing TMF documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure the TMF meets quality standards and is ready for inspections.
• Work closely with a third-party organization to improve performance and provide operational guidance.
• Communicate with study sites and assist with managing invoices when needed.
• Collaborate with internal and regional teams to ensure a smooth transition and successful study close-out.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and experience with Trial Master File processes.
• Familiarity with TMF migrations and document remediation projects.
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic or challenging environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experience working with sponsors and overseeing third-party organizations.
• Portuguese language skills are a plus but not required.
