R&D Partners is seeking a Technical Operations Specialist to join a leading pharmaceutical company in Ireland. This role focuses on providing technical process support to manufacturing and supply chain departments, driving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical process support to manufacturing and supply chain teams, including problem resolution, process improvements, and technology transfers.
  • Prepare documentation such as change controls, planned deviations, investigations, risk assessments, protocols, SOPs, batch records, and training materials.
  • Conduct manufacturing reviews for process validation, facility utility, and equipment qualification.
  • Support operations teams by driving efficiency and achieving goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing and supply chain improvement projects and processes.
  • Facilitate technical feedback to stakeholders and oversee the implementation of proposed solutions.
  • Report safety, quality, process, equipment, material, or labor concerns to relevant supervisors or designees.
  • Promote Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies and ensure compliance during planning and execution of activities.
  • Ensure adherence to the Pharmaceutical Quality System and improve its implementation.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure seamless integration with other business functions.
  • Perform additional duties as required by the Head of Department or approved deputy.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge in manufacturing and supply chain processes within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with process validation, facility utility, and equipment qualification.
  • Proven ability to drive efficiency and achieve operational goals.
  • Knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies and Pharmaceutical Quality Systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary:

  • €38 000.00 – €40 000.00/Annum
