Area Business Manager

R&D Partners is seeking an Area Business Manager to oversee and grow international partnerships in the pharmaceutical sector. In this role, you will manage existing markets, develop new opportunities, and contribute to global business growth. This position requires a proactive approach to building sustainable relationships and driving success in international markets.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main contact for international partners, supporting their needs and managing commercial activities.
• Develop strategies for specific markets and countries to expand business and product offerings.
• Prepare forecasts, analyze data, and create reports to support decision-making.
• Oversee revenue, budget planning, and assist with pricing and profit margin decisions.
• Negotiate and manage international contracts in both German and English.
• Collaborate with partners on sales, marketing initiatives, product launches, and regulatory processes.
• Provide partners with tools, training, and resources to ensure their success.
• Represent the company at international events and travel regularly to maintain strong relationships.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills in both German and English.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make informed decisions.
• Experience in managing partnerships and coordinating sales and marketing activities.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
• Knowledge of regulatory processes and market strategies in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
