Assistant HSE Project Coordinator

Driving safety excellence across pharma engineering projects-where compliance meets coordination.

R&D Partners is seeking an Assistant HSE Project Coordinator to support engineering projects within a pharmaceutical company. The role involves prevention advisory tasks and safety coordination during the engineering and construction phases, working closely with the HSE team.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

• Security coordination for the design and implementation of projects.
• Provide specific safety support to the site HSE team.
• Perform tasks of a prevention adviser, including training, risk analysis, drafting procedures, and maintaining employment records.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Certifications: Minimum Prevention Counsellor Level 2 and Safety Coordinator for Temporary and Mobile Workshops Level B.
• Experience: Senior or expert-level experience in HSE coordination.

Skills:

• Strong communication and training abilities.
• Flexibility in working hours and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Languages: Dutch-speaking with sufficient knowledge of English.
