Description

R&D Partners is seeking a Business Process Management Lead to support the design and implementation of a program aimed at improving key drug development processes. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The position is based on-site in Princeton Pike, NJ, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in the biotech industry.

Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and improve processes by identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks using data analysis tools.
Create centralized and automated process maps to optimize daily operations.
Collaborate with senior business leaders and subject matter experts to establish and track performance metrics for critical processes.
Lead and manage process improvement initiatives, including setting goals, creating project plans, and coordinating resources.
Research and integrate best practices, tools, and technologies relevant to business process management.

Key Skills and Requirements:

A degree in Business Management or a related field is required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MS, PhD, PharmD) are preferred.
Experience in operational excellence or process improvement within the pharmaceutical industry. Six Sigma training is a plus.
Familiarity with tools such as ADONIS, OnePlan, and MS Project.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to lead teams, facilitate discussions, and influence stakeholders to drive improvements.
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Adaptability and innovation in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Compensation:

$90.00 – 111.32 Per Hour
