Empower clinical partners and drive HEM & ONC growth where it matters most.

R&D Partners is seeking Client Relationship Manager (Specialty Care in HEM & ONC) to support core accounts across NW Europe. This role focuses on building and nurturing strategic partnerships with core customers, driving measurable growth, and improving patient access within these therapy areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic account plan tailored to each core account.
  • Promote and detail the value of products to stakeholders using excellent call quality and omnichannel communication.
  • Conduct in-depth territory analysis to create ambitious sales business plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify barriers and improve patient pathways.
  • Partner with healthcare professionals, hospital boards, and other stakeholders to enhance patient access and deliver value.
  • Gather insights from interactions to address scientific information needs and contribute to regional action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and local regulations.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Degree in a scientific or related discipline, or professional experience that supports confident, specialist‑level discussions.
  • At least five years of experience in pharma sales or account‑focused roles
  • Background in selling biologics or working within cancer-focused environments is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in Dutch with a good level of English; additional language skills are an asset.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on solutions and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region.
